Tender Care Health Services is composed of a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, companion sitters, respite caregivers, and mental health technicians. Tender care also provides staffing to nursing homes, hospitals, and other facilities. All our employees are very passionate about the care they provide. Our management closely supervises our caregivers by conducting supervisory visits with the clients, their families, and caregivers to ensure that our families are receiving the best care. We also put the ball into our client’s hand when it comes to choosing who work with them by allowing them to have a one-on-one with our caregiving team before the start of service. Because we believe in the holistic care of our clients, TCHS also provides drum therapy, especially geared towards our homebound, geriatric, and mental health clients.
